Refund and Return Policy

o Touch and Glow Med Spa does not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare products. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances.
2. Product Assurance
o We only offer products that meet our stringent quality standards. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, our knowledgeable team is available to assist you in making an informed decision before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
o If a product is found to be damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify us immediately. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. To process your claim, please provide the original receipt and return the damaged or defective item. Upon review, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
4. Consultation Encouraged
o To ensure that you purchase products best suited to your skin type and concerns, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation with our skincare specialists prior to making any purchases. During the consultation, our team will assess your needs and recommend the most suitable products.
5. Custom and Professional Products
o Many of the skincare products we carry are medical-grade, which may not be suitable for all skin types without professional guidance. It is the client's responsibility to use products as directed and to follow all instructions provided during consultations or on the product label.
6. Use of Products
o Touch and Glow Med Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by improper use of skincare products. Clients are advised to adhere strictly to the usage instructions and seek guidance if unsure about any aspect of the product’s application.
7. Gift Cards and Promotional Items
o All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Promotional items and packages are valid only within the specified time frame and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8. Special Orders
o Products that are specially ordered at a client’s request are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Clients will be required to pay for special orders in advance.
