Leo Beltran, RN, is a co-founder and lead injector at Touch & Glow Med Spa in Glendale, AZ, serving clients throughout the West Valley, including Phoenix and Peoria. Since establishing the med spa in 2018 alongside his wife, Wendy, Leo has combined his extensive nursing expertise with a passion for medical aesthetics, helping clients achieve natural, rejuvenated results with precision and artistry.
A graduate of Chamberlain University in 2010, Leo brings over a decade of clinical experience to aesthetic medicine. Leo is also highly trained and experienced in PDO thread lifts and full-face facial balancing, delivering precise and natural-looking results.
He specializes in Botox, Xeomin, Letybo, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra, Renuva PRF Easy Gel , and regenerative aesthetic treatments, blending technical skill with an artistic eye to enhance each client’s unique features while maintaining a natural, refreshed appearance.
