As Medical Director and co-founder of Touch & Glow Med Spa in Glendale, AZ, Wendy Beltran, FNP-BC, brings decades of clinical expertise and an artistic vision to deliver luxury aesthetic and wellness treatments. Serving clients throughout the West Valley, including Phoenix, Peoria, Avondale, Vistancia, Buckeye. Wendy ensures every procedure meets the highest standards of safety, precision, and medical excellence, while personally performing advanced treatments with meticulous attention to detail.
Wendy has been in the medical field since 1998, earning her Registered Nurse license in 2002 and Family Nurse Practitioner board certification in 2008. Her diverse clinical background—spanning Gastroenterology, Family Practice, and Urgent Care—provides a deep understanding of the body, patient wellness, and individualized treatment planning, making her uniquely qualified to guide clients through personalized aesthetic journeys.
In 2018, Wendy co-founded Touch & Glow Med Spa alongside her husband Leo, creating a premier destination for injectables (neurotoxins), dermal fillers, cosmetic laser treatments, RF microneedling, regenerative aesthetics (PRF, Radiesse), and medical weight management in Glendale and the surrounding West Valley. Renowned for producing natural-looking, transformative results, Wendy blends medical precision with an artistic approach, helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves.

Leo Beltran, RN, is a co-founder and lead injector at Touch & Glow Med Spa in Glendale, AZ, serving clients throughout the West Valley, including Phoenix and Peoria. Since establishing the med spa in 2018 alongside his wife, Wendy, Leo has
combined his extensive nursing expertise with a passion for medical aesthetics, helping clients achieve natural, rejuvenated results with precision and artistry.
A graduate of Chamberlain University in 2010, Leo brings over a decade of clinical experience to aesthetic medicine. Leo is also highly trained and experienced in PDO thread lifts and full-face facial balancing, delivering precise and natural-looking results.
He specializes in Botox, Xeomin, Letybo, dermal fillers, Radiesse, Sculptra, Renuva PRF Easy Gel , and regenerative aesthetic treatments, blending technical skill with an artistic eye to enhance each client’s unique features while maintaining a natural, refreshed appearance.

She is also certified in customized spray tanning through Dolce Glow and Sjolie Academy, providing radiant, personalized glow treatments that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed.

Since becoming licensed in 2022, Leslie has combined her passion for skincare with advanced technical expertise to provide transformative, results-driven treatments for every client.
Leslie holds an Associate’s degree in Beauty Wellness and is highly skilled in advanced facials, dermaplaning, customized facials, acne treatments, DiamondGlow® hydradermabrasion, and chemical peels, delivering radiant, healthy-looking skin. She is well-versed in medical-grade skincare and provides safe, professional cosmetic laser treatments, ensuring each client receives personalized care tailored to their skin type and goals.
