Please note that all products are cosmetics in nature and due to hygiene issues we are unable to offer Return and Refund, so all sales are final.

Return Exceptions

(i) Unopened and unused product(s) can be returned to us within 5 days of receiving, but you have to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Please note that the products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Since the expiration date of all cosmetic products inscribed with the PAO (period after opening) symbol is calculated starting from the moment the airtight container is first opened, we cannot return or exchange items that have been opened, tested or used.

(ii) If you have received an wrong item other than you have ordered. Please send your order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to support@touchandglowskincare.com.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

(i) Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
(ii) Used or open sealed products
(iii) In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)
(iv) Returned without original packaging including, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
(v) Serial Number is tampered with.
(vi)Product is used or altered
(vii) If request is initiated after 5 days of order delivery
(viii)Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
